The McLaren Vale Marathon is South Australia’s premier marathon festival and will be relocating to the heart of the town for its 2025 edition.   This change will bring the marathon closer to the vibrant community and bustling atmosphere of McLaren Vale.  The new venue promises to showcase the town’s charm and energy to bring you an awesome race day experience.  

As a special offer to Melbourne Marathon Festival runners, we are extending our launch pricing for all distances (marathon, half marathon 10K and 5K) until 31 October 2024.

Whilst the 2025 McLaren Vale Marathon location is shifting to the heart of the town, all of your favourite aspects of the McLaren Vale Marathon will remain intact with beautiful runs through the vines and even greater enthusiastic local support.  Course improvements will see all distances run 100% on sealed roads with reduced elevation change.
