Course Description

The 2025 McLaren Vale 10K course is provisional, pending approval from local authorities.

The McLaren Vale 10K is a beautiful out-and-back course from the heart of town passing through the region’s vineyards under the backdrop of the Southern Mount Lofty Ranges with approximately 70m of elevation change over 10 km.  The course is run wholly on sealed roads with just two 90° turns, giving you every opportunity to run a great time!

Starting in the centre of town, the 10K runs south along Main Road for just over 4 km before turning right into Malpas Road.  Runners will complete an out-and-back along Malpas Road before turning back on to Main Road and retracing their steps back to glory at the finish line in the heart of McLaren Vale.
